excellent location bts station 7-eleven stores outdated suite faulty air conditioning few power points
The location is excellent with the BTS station nearby. There are several 7-Eleven stores close to the hotel. I also found a quiet massage place right next door.
The suite felt outdated the air conditioning did not work well in the lounge area. The toilet sometimes had trouble flushing. There were also few power points available for devices like phones and computers.

shopping center excellent service warm smile damp smell unclean room tea facility
the hotel was close to many shopping centers. the location made it easy for me. the staff provided excellent service. they always smiled warmly.
the room had a smell of dampness. it felt unclean to me. there wasnt tea making facilities.

bts connection nearby stores short ride
the hotel has a very convenient connection to the bts station. two 7-eleven stores are close by, one on each side, i noticed. platinum fashion mall and pratunam are within easy walking distance, or a short tuktuk ride away.
my room lacked tea or coffee making facilities.

direct access clean rooms easy travel good breakfast
The location was convenient, with direct access to the bts station. this access made traveling around the city very easy. the rooms were clean. I found this very important for a comfortable stay. i thought the breakfast was good, i especially liked the variety.
the gym seemed a little small. i also noticed the hotel felt busy, likely due to ongoing conferences.

the premier double or twin room featured two separate beds with clean linens. the room had an in-room safe and a minibar stocked with soft drinks and snacks. the bathroom included a shower with adjustable water pressure.

the staff provided quick check-in and check-out services at the front desk. bellhops were available to assist with luggage storage and transportation. the concierge offered directions and information about local attractions.

the hotel offered direct access to the bts station via a connected walkway. two outdoor swimming pools were available on the upper floors. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use.

adequate experience
train station friendly staff water pressure stained carpet worn fixture tattered towel
the hotel was next to the train station. this made traveling around town so convenient. the check in staff were friendly and smiling. the hot water was super hot and the water pressure worked well.
it looks like it was built in the 60s. the carpet and chairs were stained. the towels looked old and tattered.

convenient location public transport filthy carpet power outage
the hotel location is convenient. it is accessible to public transport, like the bts. there are many local thai restaurants near the hotel.
the carpet appear to be filthy. they are badly stained and need replacing. there was a planned power outage, and many other guests and i were not informed about it until check in.
